Completed in 1726 in honor of Saint Louis, its construction took more than 60 years to complete. The church houses works of art from the 18th century, as well as a clock in its curious bell tower.

Look for the clock: I highly recommend stopping to admire the unusual wrought-iron clock that hangs perpendicularly over the street; it’s one of the few remaining examples of its kind in Paris and perfectly captures the island’s old-world charm.
